Wayne was amazing! He advocated for us during the process and was honest. Wayne is extremely knowledgeable about the area and process. Wayne was so detail oriented as well. He wasn't interested in just getting us into a house but getting us into the right house. Wayne was amazing when it came to handling the buying process. One of our inspections didn't pass. He made sure that it was communicated with the seller and that he was in constant communication with them. Wayne made sure that we always had the right paperwork so the deal wouldn't fall through. Wayne is an amazing person. I couldn't find a negative thing to say about him, even if I tried.

We were paired with Wayne out of random selection after clicking a "contact agent" button on a well known home-listing website. Looking back, we could not have been more fortunate! Wayne is knowledgeable about the real estate process, to be sure, but is set apart from others in his knowledge of home construction. As a veteran builder, Wayne was able to guide our home selection by combining our ideal preferences, with his honest assessment of what was built to last. It took my wife and I a little time to find our own combination of preference and build quality in market of limited inventory, and we never got the impression that Wayne was growing impatient with us. All in all it was a great experience.
