sheree was such a big help to me starting with the forms to fill out - answered all my many questions .she was optimistic it would sell when I thought maybe not this year .she kept me updated on the buyers thatvwere interested & those that werent. she worked to give me a closing date that would work for me so I could attend closing.she even helped me dispose of some items I had to leave . most importantly I trusted her expertise cuz she was always honest with me & I considered her a friend . She went out of her way to meet safely(COVID) at our convenience, and did a remarkable job presenting various strategies she would use to market/sell our property Wonderful communicator, and very prompt at getting answers to any of our questions throughout the listing and sale, especially compared with others we have used in the past with different transactions Additional duties were required of Sheree because the property needed to be divided legally before the sale. She handled all aspects promptly, professionally and at little/no cost to us! She went over and above.
